Site prep: demolition of existing 1-level garages, relocation of services, temporary surface parking.
Shoring & excavation for 2-level underground garage.

While at Frisoni Mechanical Inc., I contributed to the mechanical delivery of the Minto Towns and Apartments project at York Mills & Leslie in Toronto—a large-scale residential development consisting of 192 stacked townhomes, a two-storey amenity pavilion, and a two-level underground parking structure. The mechanical scope of the project was estimated around $35M. I was involved in supporting the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across townhomes and underground levels, coordinating site activities, tracking progress, and assisting with layout, material handling, and system integration in collaboration with other trades. This project enhanced my experience in multi-residential construction and mechanical execution on phased, high-density developments.
