Project Scope
Mechanical and Electrical upgrades to second floor of an active secondary school facility
Scope of work included:
Removal and replacement of outdated HVAC units, ductwork, including Roofing and flooring.
Installation of new energy-efficient fan coil units and ducted ventilation systems
Upgrades to piping systems (domestic hot water, chilled water, condensate drainage)
Fire protection modifications as needed for ceiling layout changes
Coordination with electrical upgrades (control wiring, disconnects)
System testing, commissioning, and integration with school’s BMS
Project Considerations
Work performed in an operational school environment with strict safety, noise, and scheduling controls
Weekend and after-hours work required for disruptive mechanical tie-ins
Coordination with ceiling grid changes and classroom renovations

My role included mechanical installations, BMS and BAS coordination, and assisting with phased execution to minimize disruption during the academic calendar.
