Role

Mechanical Project Manager

At Frisoni Mechanical Inc., I was part of the mechanical team delivering The Dylan Condominium by Chestnut Hill Developments in North York, a 10-storey, 218-unit mixed-use residential building with ground-floor retail and premium amenities. The estimated mechanical scope valued around $15M. I assisted with the installation and coordination of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, ensuring timely delivery across residential suites, common areas, and underground parking. My responsibilities included supporting layout verification, materials tracking, trade coordination, and progress reporting—gaining valuable experience in high-rise residential construction with complex mechanical and architectural interfaces.
