As the Construction Project Manager at Dixon Hall, I am overseeing the complete renovation and adaptive reuse of a heritage-designated residential property at 41 Rose Avenue into supportive housing units for vulnerable individuals. This project involves a full interior retrofit including new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, fire protection upgrades, and structural modifications to meet Ontario Building Code and accessibility standards. My role includes managing the project budget and schedule, coordinating with Perfect Homes Inc., overseeing consultants and subcontractors, securing permits, and ensuring compliance with heritage preservation requirements. The project is a vital part of Dixon Hall’s mission to provide safe, dignified housing with integrated onsite support services.
